Filling Accuracy

No Product, No Feed

Film feeding is activated only when the sensor detects a product e.g. biscuit on the conveyor belt. Film feeding will stop if no product is detected. This prevents empty packages.

Sealing & Cutting Accuracy

No Gap, No Cut, No Seal

Cutting and sealing is predicted based on the package length set. When a product position offset is detected, the cutting and sealing process stop. This prevents defective packaging.
